Lucēre is physician-owned and independent, and the recommendation you get is based on your eyes and your goals. Dr. Ling performs every current refractive procedure, so he can compare them against your measurements and recommend the one that fits. He does the consultation himself, which means the person examining your eyes is the person who will operate on them.
